Federal President
Louise Matthews
The Rolls-Royce Owners Club has been a large part of my life; starting back as far as the 1960’s. Much of my youth was spent traveling around Australia on club events with my parents who were also members.
My Silver Wraith, affectionately known as Bertha, is undergoing a full restoration and I hope to have her back on the road shortly. I am really looking forward to driving her again and joining with the other lady club members in their own cars.
My husband Neil and I have been involved in our health administration business for most of our working lives and this has enabled us to travel, meet and make friends in all states in Australia.
I can thoroughly recommend not only the camaraderie, but also the technical and historical resources available to Bentley and Rolls-Royce owners by being part of the club.
Please do not hesitate to contact me directly for any information I can help with.
Federal Secretary

He has veteran, vintage and classic cars ranging from 1909 to 1984. They include four marque cars of which his favourite is a 1966 Bentley MPW fixed head coupe CBH1973. He purchased the Bentley in Dallas in 2004 and shipped it to Melbourne in 2011 after campaigning it at a number of events throughout the USA. He also has a long-term interest in Jensen, owning a 1970 FF.
Brian has worked for a number of global companies including Shell and Rio Tinto which required extensive travel and postings around the world. As a result, he has an extensive knowledge of cross border contracting, intellectual property, corporations and board governance.
Federal Treasurer
David Furniss
David is a member of the South Australian Branch, is an active committee member in that State and has been a member for over 20 years. He has a 1925 Rolls-Royce Phantom 1 which has been in the family since the late 1930’s and a 2007 Bentley Arnage. His involvement with Car Clubs stated at university with membership of the Adelaide University Car Club and has never ended.
David is a mechanical engineer with extensive automotive experience. This broadened into more general business and specialty technical areas with the ownership of businesses including precision metal fabrication.
Membership with the RROCA provides an excellent opportunity to meet with those who have an active interest in their cars from all over Australia, to provide a resource for knowledge for our cars, and to socialise with a great bunch of people.
